Fig Balsamic Vinegar

Starting with barrel aged balsamic vinegar of Modena, 11 pounds of fresh figs are needed to produce one iter of this extraordinary elixir. This is a jammy, rich vinegar. Serve over fresh fruit, ice cream or for a real treat, aged cheese.

18 year Aged Balsamic Vinegar

An old world process....decades of aging in wooden barrels creates an intensely flavorful vinegar with a subtle balance of sharp, aromatic flavors. Perfect for making salad dressings, pouring over meats and vegetables, or mixing with one of our olive oils as a bread dip.

Cranberry Orange Balsamic Vinegar

Makes a scrumptious glaze for raosted brussel sprouts and a perfect butter replacement for baked sweet potatoes. Set it out along with the dessert cheese and fruit tray for a perfect finish to any meal. Enjoy as a glaze on pork, chicken, turkey dishes! Delicious drizzled on a turkey sandwich.

Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

Barrel aged balsamic vinegar infused with intense raspberry flavor. Great on vanilla ice cream, pound cake or shaved ice! Makes a fantastic salad dressing or sauce. Wonderful for dipping fruit and bread.

Olive Oils

Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

Our special blend of Olive Oil infused with Meyer Lemons. This oil has a swet flavor with less of a bite than

regular lemon oil, due to the orange flavor profile of a Meyer Lemon. Great in fish fillets before you bake or broil. Also excellent on salads, vegetables and in marinades. For a treat, try on Lemon chicken!

Butter Olive Oil

This Butter Olive Oil is made using our premium olive oil blend. Good anywhere you might use melted butter like popcorn, seafood, over pasta, bread dipping, on mashed potatoes or rice, or as a butter substitute in baking.

Garlic Olive Oil

This garlic olive oil has an amazing, intense, natural garlic flavor made by infusing fresh garlic and olive oil together. It is great tossed with pasta, on salads, as a sandwich spread, for bread dipping, and in marinades.

Basil Olive Oil

This oil is perfect for grilling and sauteing or tossing in with pasta. Drizzle it on tomatoes, steamed vegetables and soft cheeses. Perfect brushed on pizza dough, over a caprese salad, or paired with any of our Balsamic Vinegars on salads.

Tuscany

An amazing blend of several Italian herbs, which makes it a perfectly seasoned Italian dressing. Great for bread dipping. Drizzle this oil over warm pasta and steamed vegetables with crusty bread on the side and don't forget a good glass of red wine......dinner is Buon Appetito.

Persian Lime Olive Oil

A great summer citrus  flavor! Fun salad dressing when blended with a balsamic vinegar. Works well on pound cake, or stir fried seafood dishes take on a whole new flavor.


Blood Orange Olive Oil

Ideal for enhancing salads, tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella cheese. Or...use a few drops to finish roasted poultry. After dinner, drizzle it over your favorite fruit, cheese or even ice cream.

Cilantro Shallot Olive Oil

Makes the perfect addition to your favorite chimichurri sauce. Great summer salad dressing with any of our balsamic. Awesome for fish tacos and roasted summer veggies.

Roasted Chili Olive Oil

A HOT, spicy combination of slow roasted chilies and olive oil, infused together. Even the color translate heat. Great as a saute for your vegetables or to add a "kick" to your scrambled eggs in the morning. A light drizzle is perfect for Fire Cracker Shrimp. Fun on popcorn too!
